The sun hasn’t yet risen when I arrive at Joplin’s Air Conditioning & Heating headquarters. After a quick team meeting and reviewing the day’s installations, I load up my service vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment.
First Call of the Day
My first appointment is a complete AC installation for a growing family in McKinney. Their older unit wasn’t keeping up with Texas heat, and they’ve chosen to upgrade to a more efficient system. The satisfaction of knowing they’ll soon enjoy consistent cooling makes the early morning worth it.

As the workday winds down, I ensure all paperwork is complete and the next day’s schedule is reviewed. Knowing that another family will sleep comfortably tonight makes every challenging moment worthwhile.
