Rise and Shine
My day at Refrigeration & Electrical Service starts early. As an HVAC technician, I’m up at 6 AM, ready to tackle the Florida heat and keep our customers comfortable.

11:30 AM: After wrapping up in Winter Haven, I head to Haines City for an emergency repair. A family’s AC unit has stopped working, and with temperatures soaring, it’s crucial to get it fixed quickly.
1:00 PM: Lunch break. I grab a quick bite and hydrate – essential in this heat!
Afternoon Adventures
2:00 PM: Back in Lakeland for routine maintenance calls. These preventative checks help our customers avoid costly breakdowns.
4:30 PM: I receive a call about a commercial HVAC system acting up. Our team prides itself on being responsive, so I head over to assess the situation.
Wrapping Up
6:00 PM: As the day winds down, I return to the office to complete paperwork and prepare for tomorrow’s jobs.
7:00 PM: Time to head home, feeling satisfied about another day of keeping Lakeland and surrounding areas cool and comfortable.
